Hello people, here i come again.

Changed my 2gb for patriots 4gb, now with vista 64, same speeds and latency as before. Run memtest for the first time on them and everything is perfect. The weird thing is that now i got many artifacts during 1 second or less, when the autogen is under heavy load. Seriously, i recognize artifacts, they are not sparse, tons and big ones, almost on the entire screen. It only happens on very and extremely dense autogen, but rarely on dense settings. Mainly on the spot view cam, rotating, but thats not an exception for cockpit and other views, it can occur too.

Now the thing thats most strange, it mainly happens with target framerate on unlimited. According to the lower value i set, they appear less often. It only dissapear totally when i lock the frames on about 30fps, but under any value besides unlimited, they're rare. On the both cases, vsync is on, meaning that even on 'unlimited' theyre limited to 60fps. The sad thing is that when on unlimited, i get much more smoother flights than when setting on any value below. In numbers its kind of 10fps increase under dense urban areas (São Paulo, Brazil, my hometown!

Have tried everything from the hightest setting for northbridge voltage, fsb termination and dram v. since my system is under heavy overlock.

What i got here:
q6600 @ 3.6 (450x8)
p5k dlx
8800 ultra, stock
4gb 900 5-5-5-15 (1:1 ratio)
zalman 600w psu, > 80% efficiency
1 seagate 320gb 7200.10

Did all the nicks tweaks for the system, including o&o defrag and everything else. If this matter, the 8800 reaches 85 degress at most, setting the fan to 100% on riva didnt helped anything.

I am mainly bidding this is the psu fault. Wat do you think i can try before replacing it? It is 10 months old since my past enermax 550w has exploded with the 3.0 overclock setting. If this help i can post a picture of everest monitoring the voltages during a short flight wich the problem happen. My vcore never drops of 1.48, but the values for the other lines are little messy as follow. Remebering this isnt of the everest test running itself, but only the monitoring opened while flying.

...

What else can i try? The ram i almost excluded because of the memtest and since its underclocked of the factory settings (default 1066 and im running on 900) Tnx for your help!

edit: if it help, the only other game it happens beside fsx is gta IV, but little and single artifact and fast, almos unnoticeable
