I getting this wierd sound problem. Whenever I increase the throttle the sound increases in steps rather than a gradual tone increase.

I remember not having this problem before. Itīs been around ever since I re-formated my machine.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

I guess the first question would be,is this integrated sound,or do you have a sound card?
If it's a sound card, check your BIOS to see if you've turned off the integrated sound. If so,maybe re-install or update your drivers for that device.
Hope this helps.
