Amazing.  So many people complain about so little, then someone who was given the short stick like Jessica comes along and shows everyone up and then some.  Good for her. Smiley

That is just incredible.

I couldn't imagine that. I know from when I go flying that I am using my hands and feet and still not quite getting there... So to use only feet? Wow.

Anyone else wondering how she gets to the rudder pedals?

That's a spiffy little Ercoupe, to boot.

I imagine she used one foot on the pedals and one foot on the wheel, only need to push one pedal at a time right?  (at least I think, I have yet to pilot a real plane)

Not quite. There's always a need for minute to grandiose yaw corrections, even to maintain straight and level flight.

Personally I would have thought it be rudders that can be controlled just on one side. In a bit of crosswind I don't think it would be that easy to keep hitting the other peddle.

My thought is that she uses some sort of strap so she can push and pull one rudder peddle to control both. As when you push one is pulls the other and vice versa.. So if you have a strap to be able to pull back, it would push the other forward.

Just my thought on how it would work, cause it doesn't seem too easy otherwise.

You answered your own question. It's an Ercoupe. The original Ercoupe has no rudder pedals. Perfect aircraft for this situation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ERCO_Ercoupe

PS. The rudder is linked to the ailerons. Same principle as Auto-rudder in FS.
