Okay what is RAM timings? What do they do?
Would these be good timings for the RAM i'm getting?

FSX runs fine... the problem
is you or your system

lower timing = faster result
the only way you can take advantage of DDR2 1066 is if you clock or set it up manually in the BIOS
you must make sure it is running DDR2 1066 (533MHz) at 5-5-5-
The board will require a FSB clock and the CPU clocked (unless the multipler is available) on the right memory divider to run 1066
You need to learn about your BIOS from the manual and make sure your processor will run the needed speeds to meet the requirements of the memory to run at its rated speed.

So your saying that i will need my CPU to be overclocked?
Will my E7200 or E7300 Oced to 3.00Ghz work with that RAM?
My motherboard i will be getting is An Asus P5KPL-CM the max RAM speed is 1066 OC

They says this about the RAM Dual-Channel DDR2 1066
To attain top performance, ASUS engineers have successfully unleashed the true potential of DDR2 memory. While CPU is running under FSB1066/1333, ASUS´s exclusive technology offers a choice of DDR2 1066(O.C*) - providing great performance for 3D graphics and other memory demanding applications.

While that board may be ok, take a really good look at it, and decide if it will do what you need it to do. I did not research that board, but be wary of anything with onboard graphics or basicly any mini-board at all, particularly if it's not built on a premium chipset. (they rarely are based on a premium chipset)
You'll find that there are almost always nasty little surprises with cheaper chipsets and mini boards, despite what the Asus hype (or other hype) advertising reads like.
Simply stating "overclock support" means NOTHING, as there may be plenty of overclocking features included, but it may lack one essential feature that makes the board useless for overclocking.......
Consider purchasing a proper motherboard and CPU.
Caveat Emptor.

as the great and powerful Even-toed Ungulate
has said.. get into the manual (download it) and see how much that BIOS allows access
Just because you have 1066 memory does not mean the processor math across the BIOS will allow 1066
Many times one must clock to 400MHz and set the CPU STRAP in order for 1066 to become available
Different processors can invoke different BIOS math
I dont know the ins/outs of that one or that board however as King Artiodactyla has said, those budget boards are know for limiting everything... If you plan on clocking I would probably go with a better board
listen to Congo.. he knows what hes talking about

It's only 2Gbs
And i have some other boards i was looking at.... it's just my mate has it and he got his RAM from 667 to 800Mhz, and Oced his CPU from 2.6 to 3.4Ghz safly
How about this one?

That board will do 1066 but only on an overclock
hmmmmmm
I really do not like suggesting budget boards because they are so hit and miss for performance and stability in a clock,.. however I do know this one will do about 408MHz max
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131295
http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=709&l4=0&model=2164&modelmenu=1
and it does have a clocking BIOS
So you can max out amy CPU that has a 9 multiplier and does 3.6GHz or a 10 multiplier and does 4GHz

If you are considering the P5Q, then look at the P5Q Pro, a better board IMHO, though it may cost slightly more, I believe it's worth it.
For a start, the heatsink system on the P5Q pro is much better and there are other subtle differences that make the Pro a better choice, despite it's slightly higher pricepoint.
I've been using that P5Q Pro in a few of my system builds and can recommend it as a decent board.
However, I'd like to see an E8400 cpu minimum on that board, as I've been fitting them with. In warm/hot/overclocking environments, a third party cpu cooler is also desirable. The Intel coolers are barely adequate, and certainly not good enough for high overclocks in warm rooms.

I think we have drifted away from my Q. I just want a board that will run that RAM and do a little bit of overclocking. E7200 2.53 to 2.80Ghz

We don't know how well that board will run that RAM; we don't know all the FSB : DRAM ratios available from it, or what it's capable of. It says 1066 by overclock, so I assume you're going to need to increase the FSB to get your moneys worth out of that memory, as the motherboard may not allow full DDR2-1066 unless you do so. I'd look at overclocking reviews from people with similar memory, BIOS options, and a read of the BIOS manual.
I don't think all that hassle is worth it, and to expand overclocking options, just buy a better board. I don't like that mobo because it's el-cheapo and 1066 by OC. The cheapest overclocking board I know is the Gigabyte P35C-DS3R which should be about $110 AUD. It should do 1600 rated FSB and DDR2-1200; which should be advertised on the front box.
E7200 should do 3.2ghz on stock cooling, easily.

It will do 1066 stock, 1200+ overclocking; I have a slightly different version of that board; a less capable one, which is indeed has DDR2-1200 and FSB 1600 advertised on the front box.
That P5QL Pro looks good.
