Probably the easiest way to fix this is to reload the package to a temporary folder and replace your Aircraft.cfg file with the original Aircraft.cfg file.  You can discard the other files as you only need the Aircraft.cfg file.

If you have not made any additions to your Aircraft.cfg file from the original package, you can just overwrite the older version and replace it with the one from the package. 

However if you've added repaints to your aircraft folder, you will want to save all of your [fltsim.xx] entries before you overwrite the Aircraft.cfg file.  Copy them to a temporary text file and then replace the current Aircraft.cfg file with the one from the original package.  Then go into that fresh Aircraft.cfg and overwrite the [fltsim.xx] entries with the ones from your most current version that you just overwrote.

In lieu of that you can go into the current Aircraft.cfg file, find the section where the smoke effects are defined, either the [smoke] or [lights] sections, and adjust their coordinates to put them back in line with where they should be.  To do this you need to know how to change the coordinates in the Aircraft.cfg file and what changes what.  That's a whole new thread to explain that though.

You could also PM me a text version of your Aircraft.cfg file and I could look for the problem area and fix it for you.
