I have not really encountered that ad much so I can't confirm but could it also be the Google Chrome Browser? Could it have some sort of effect on the ad? I use IE7 so I have nothing to back your claims up.

This one
used to almost crash my speakers (well it's not unusual loud, but I had my volume turned up); just thought there's no music or sound allowed?! I know I'm fussy...

We do have a no audio ad policy -
There can sometimes be a problem with foreign 3rd party ads that slip through. This is where a 3rd party agency serves ads in specific languages and areas
.. hopefully this ad will go on its own because there is no way for me to track it ...
