If you're referring to the 'traffic>aircraft labels'........

Although I only have FSX Standard, my guess is if you have FSX Deluxe and have installed and activated the Traffic Toolbox SDK, you might have this setting, and others for ai traffic labels available in the Tools>Traffic Toolbox>Settings  menu  in the flight screen's <Alt menu>. ( Similar to what was available in the FS2004 Traffic Toolbox SDK.)

If you don't have the SDK installed you can open fsx.cfg and look for this section:

[AContain]
ShowLabels=1
ShowUserLabel=0
ShowLabelManufacturer=0
ShowLabelModel=0
ShowLabelTailNumber=1
ShowLabelDistance=1
ShowLabelAltitude=0
ShowLabelAirline=0
ShowLabelAirlineAndFlightNumber=0
ShowLabelFlightPlan=0
<--- change this value to 1

ShowLabelContainerId=0
ShowLabelAirspeed=0
ShowLabelHeading=0
LabelDelay=1000
LabelColor=FFFF0000

As always, backup any file before editing.....

Check the 'Flight Simulator X FAQ's' at the top of the Flight Simulator X forum. The answer to that any many other often asked questions can be found there.

Here's a quick link-http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1180547542/0#0 Topic-Location of the fsx.cfg
