Did it not ever occur to him that if he wanted to go argue about politics, there are tons of other forums, and message boards out there that do allow such discussions?

I'll occasionally look at another board where people are constantly arguing over politics, causing the worst flame wars i've ever seen. I can't imagine why someone would want those arguments, fights,  language, and the name calling in one of the most friendly forums on
the internet Huh

.... Grin...!

...you can bet your boots, he/she/its already been there, and is very busy doing that... Wink...!

They mostly frequent very active Forums, (like ours), where they get an instant response to excite them even further.

..the "quiet" Forums, they quickly get bored with, and soon go away!

Treat them as being invisible, and inconsequential....Wink..!

As I have always said, being the internet hard mam is about as easy as life gets. Hiding behind your computer in an anonymous room spouting your hateful sh#t in the knowledge that you are safe and sound from that nasty world full of reality. Most likely, he is 45, still living at home with his mother, and sits in a darkened room surfing deviant websites, mouse in one hand, "something" else in the other pausing now and then to push is glasses back up his nose whist sat knee deep in Klenex.  Grin Grin

"Son, what are all those tissues on the floor?"
"Sorry mum, I knocked over my orange juice again"
"yes, but is orange juice that sticky?"
"I had already added my allergy formula to it"
"Amazing how far a glass of juice can go, it must have been different in my day.

Yeah, we had one of those divorces, damn near lost everything - my Star Wars collection, Action Man figures, ZX48 & my Evel Knievel dare devil stunt set.

Not that it really matters...

Let's say that Simviation is what you say.... So What?
Who cares? What do you gain? It is one of a thousand independently owned web sites. You don't have to visit here. You can go to many forums where you can voice your opinion where all the members threaten each other, use offensive language, offend each other and the admins let it happen.

This is a flight sim website. We monitor it as best as possible. YOUR posts are deleted because of the vulgarity used when posting. Since this is a family forum, I would be offended if I saw my son or daughter reading what you post. Don't you understand that part of all this?

Who the heck cares if Fozzie from the UK posts 2 sentences about his political beliefs? They were "borderline". Politics are not tolerated here. Go look in the General Discussion forum and you will see TWO threads that were locked because of political discussion. I too am an American and am proud of this country... but you know what, somebody else can have an opinion about it.

Your posts are deleted for the one simple fact that you are aggressive towards other members, use vulgarity when you post, and seem to have an all out vendetta on the site because we try to keep it clean here. Who in their right mind gives a crap about a video with music in it and no airplane sounds. It is 1 in a million that are out there. You seem to attack even the youngest users who maybe are just experimenting and are proud of what they created. Does it make you feel good to abuse them? Were you abused? Usually this type of social behavior stems from past experiences.

I have an idea.... Since you are so technically advanced... Could we please see a video from you? I would really like to see what all the other people who create videos are missing out on. Maybe you can be a positive role model and help the others who have no idea what they are doing.

Your antics with registering and re-registering are amusing. We stopped banned the fake IPs. multiple user names and email addys a long time ago as it was a real waste of our time. You can use the same user name as I will give you credit that we can not "keep you out". You won that one!

So go ahead, record and copy all the screenshots you want..
It is real easy to just delete your posts as it is not like anybody here is truly offended. It is a forum and this stuff happens... life goes on...
If it keeps you entertained.. so be it! I know retirement can sometimes be boring. Maybe get out and play some golf, or go fishing. Better yet, maybe volunteer in your community for a positive cause.

OK, I have said what I wanted... Finished my coffee and typed a few words. Not that anything I even posted really matters as this is the Internet and not real life.

I hope you recorded all that!

Now excuse me while I get on with real life... ...  Smiley

Hmmmmmmm.................................. If SimV is what this person claims it to be, why would I spend my hard earned money to become an Express Member on a free site?

To me this is the is one of the best communities out there!!  The first thing mentioned to new members is that a post about religion or politics is a No-No!! So, if they can't abide by that we don't want you!!  Putting other members down is also not wanted around here.  If you have issues and want to take it out in a forum, go to one with people that have your mentality and they will make you feel at home with your problems!!
