One of our users who has posted on several occasions regarding music in videos certainly has a bee in his bonnet about these forums.
He has taken the old youtube
video about simviation
posted a long time back by Skidmark (much of which I agree with) & cut it down to include only the negative parts ....
1. the guy has been a troll here for some time - breaking every rule in the book & then calling us censors for deleting the posts when we would delete anyone who posted stuff like he did.
2. He talks of censorship (which means us deleting outright political postings - which we will do with anyone as politics & religion are both 'no go' here for the sake of calm) - yet he censored the video in that he edited it to distort the message.
3. We certainly do not favour any country over another ... and will in fact act when we see this kind of thing. There are several members on the edge of being banned who tred a fine line & they know it but we certainly do not tollerate any racism or political extremism.
These are his postings today
Quote:
I did these in a hurry but I will continue to make better and better
ones to expose this crap here, especially by American haters, until,
for now, the slur posted by Fozzie "F" is removed.
Complaint videos about the forums here at Simviation.com posted at You Tube - Google videos - Yahoo videos & Veoh Video Network

Saw the Youtube Vid
Wanted to react but I remembered the Wikipedia Issue in which you asked us not to.
Do you have some sort of official statement which we can copy/paste as a comment?
Perhaps the above?

Wikipedia issue ? You'll have to remind me of that - (Wiki intitially had Simviation listed by them since almost their beginning) - a sideline ..
Simply to state the facts .... Any 'official statement to copy & paste' would be right up this guy's alley ...
-- You know we don't do that ...
To spell it out ...
1. What this guy is complaining about is 'censorship' & 'favouritism' -
Censorship - we have a no politics, no religion policy. Period. It's for the sake of calm & was voted for many years ago. We certainly do not favour any people/race/religion over another - that's his point - he wishes we did.
2. He has found 'skidmark's old Youtube video that was pro the site but against the forums (I though he had a certain point) - but censored this video himself to as to distort the message ...
At the end of the day these postings are quite harmless & amusing to anyone who knows this site ....

Yes, it gives us Mods something to do besides sit in front of our big screen TV & drink beer down in the Administrator Forum. It gives us a chance to get up off our butts and see what is happening out here!
Seriously, the only "censorship" that he is speaking about is us running a clean site. This is a family forum and we try to maintain a helpful & friendly environment for all our users. He would still be logging in under his original IP & Username if all he did was converse normally instead of using vulgarity in every post.
Floating IP's, multiple user IDs, useless posts.... like pete said, very amusing.

Hilarious.
If only we all had so much free time to waste.
As an aside, I've sent the link to a friend at the BBC - with the spare cash from the Jonathan Ross/Russell Brand gaffe there may be some spare cash to recruit him for...

Seems odd that in the youtube video, the poster refers to 'F' (Fozzer) as 'Fozzie' - & today we have a new member called 'Fozzie2'.

My word, I wrote "spare cash" twice in the same sentence. I do do some silly things sometimes.

That is him. Each time he logs in, he creates a new user name because his IP is banned after the offending posts are found. He has a floating IP. You should see the collection of threads, posts, usernames, IP's we have in the basement from him. It took some time to "find" out who he is but will not bother with it any more as it is a waste of time.
We just wanted to let you all know what was going on in case you come across one of his posts. Just ignore it and maybe let one of us know where it is so we can deal with it.
Thanks!
PS MR. FLOATING IP: If you are out there, why not have a normal discussion right here? I am sure we can work out whatever the problem is.
Come on in, sit down and relax...
Here you go...

Oh no not this guy again.
I bet there are a lot more sites and forums that have bigger problems than us to complain about.
He wears a Fox news Cap.

This past weekend I lost track of time: the time clock and my computer set themselves back an hour (programmed for the old DST transfer schedules) and I got to work an hour late. The real tiff started when I was told I should have known "...it doesn't change until next weekend... THE WHOLE WORLD GOES BY IT!"
It didn't quite end with my retort that WE don't run the entire world or that clocks were turned back elsewhere last week. She's probably moved the marcation line to Greenwich, Connecticut, on her world globe.
We all have likes and dislikes. I like most fruits but am not so keen on those that walk and, particularly, talk; I am not going to hate you because you like or don't like either (but I may keep my distance if you are one of the latter). Although I've occasionally notified a Mod about a spam post, I've never requested anyone's censorship or banning -- even of those that were. Many have stated or shown things in these forums that I don't agree with and I've done the same. It may bother me that others don't like certain aspects of my nation -- but neither I nor any other of its citizens does, either. Neither do I like the policies of certain other nations nor certain traditions amongst some -- that's why you may never find me on an all-fire trip to go there. As long as they're not physically crushing my toes or lopping off my neighbor's head, they can believe what they want. C'est la guerre de la vie.
Now I'll have to check what time it is according to Greenwich (Connecticut) Mean Time.

It's not the same person as in the Youtube video. this is somebody different. We know who he is and, as Dave said, invite him to join in the discussion.

Unless it involves a video in the News of the World, with girls in leather (and whips, naturally), your father wanted to be a British Mussolini, and you're an ardent Ferrari lover.
That's bad publicity.
