Go to WOAI. It shows with a google search, or for direct links check the post titled Traffic X in the payware section. I'm on a different computer at the moment and the security features make it a bit of a pain to find the links and repost them. But anyways, these packs are self installing and improve the world vastly! For WOAI, the packs have a FSX/FS9 option to them.
  I would recommend at first just using WOAI as it is the most painless for starting out with. Wink But PAI and MAIW are both excellent packs as well!
When I get back to my baby, I can help you out a little more, I feel so lost on a computer with just one moniter! Grin

it says i need a WOAI in my E:\ drive what do i do?

I'm home now so I can help more. Wink
It may be taking about the installer, in the download section on WOAI's page there will be a file called woains24, get that and run it, then choose a package you have downloaded and the installer will place it in your FSX. (You will need to select FSX or FS9.)
Sorry, forgot to mention that. Embarrassed
