If you posted this in a photo forum, I'm willing to bet noone would know the difference!
The details on this plane just never stops!
I'm starting to get the feeling that our editing setups are very similar.
Do you use the Xero set of plugins?

Glad I looked.... awesome "photograph" you have there!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

er....no! I always run mine thorugh paint nets photo effects - sharpen, soften and occasionally but not always, glow. Then PSP for hue, lens flare, exposure, photo 'warmth' or 'cool' then i just try out anything i can think off to tweak and finalise the shot. Thats all i ever do, with all mine. usualy anyway!
But thanks for the comments

If you have PSP then you should most definately get the Xero plug-in pack!
It's free, and comes with a couple of dozen great effects!

Very nice, however I feel that its a tad over-sharpened but other than that it looks real
Btw, is that Kirk Olsson's F-86?

its not his sabre, its that other one whos name escapes me right now.
I sharpend the image up maybe 2 notches because the textures on this aircraft are not so good close up, magnificent as they are from a distance. It also brought out the rivets and panel differences, which is what i wanted to capture...!
As you can see comparing it to the original...

Nice looking effect
Right on the edge of being overdone, but you've got away with it.
