Some food for thought...

You will also need a gauge programmer, someone who can do flight dynamics, and a texture artist. Finding all of that in one person is a bit rare. My experience has been that modelers are paid mainly up-front upon delivery of the model, sometimes along with a percentage of sales. These costs can be substantial...big developer groups can invest upwards of $20k on a project before it is released  Wink

Good Luck!

Also (and I'm being sincere)... If you want to enlist high-caliber modelers (people who pay high attention to detail); spelling, punctuation and grammar are important.

To add to what both Brett and Robert have already said...

I must ask:

What is your background?

What skills will you bring into the proposed team?

Have you ever created/released anything before? Freeware? Payware?

Hi Salvo

You have been back and edited your post without answering the simple request for you to tell us what YOU can do

Preferably with some examples of your vast experience that anyone who has formed a payware company (registered is it?) would have.

Otherwise it looks like someone with no ability trying to cash in on those who have ability.

I'm not saying that is the case here but failing to answer that basic question does raise doubt

Err ok.....

We had another poster in the forums recently proposing making planes free to everyone.

Turned out nasty...not that I believe this is the case....

It is just IMO that you don't just rock up out of nowhere and do what you are doing now.

Who are you? Have you made models before? Do you know what this all entail?

Sorry, but this is extremely suspicious  Undecided

Not necassarily. If the dudes got the upfront money, and wants to start a add-on company, it's his funds to risk.  Naturally, there would be contracts and the like for his "hired help".
