im just wandering if anyone could help me about where i could find photoshop 7 and how much it will cost me

May i add that you cant legally obtain photoshop 7 anymore. Only the most up to date version, i believe in this case CS4 is availible from dealers. Most of the other offers are usually illegal and downloaded/cracked copies. Be carefull with those websites.

I can't see any reason why someone couldn't legally sell old stock or second-hand copies of previous versions of software.

It's not illegal to sell the original hard copy, just illegal to make copies for distribution without the consent of the copyright holder (Which in this case is Adobe). I don't know about getting Photoshop7 licensed though. Most companies will allow the program to be installed on up to 3 different machines for personal use.
