Hey Jeff ... Good to see you back again! What happened to your profile BTW?
But what a sight for sore eyes are your shots once again! Razorsharp as I remember them! Why aren't you around any more?
Very nice AB fx and I can't wait to see those Sidewinders in action ...

The initial release will be for FS2004 only. There will eventually be a FSX version, but its not going to be for quite a while. There is still a lot of patching that will need to be done after initial release (there always is) and there will be a upgrade/expansion that will bring the hornet up to nearly 100% of its real world counterpart. (Well, the declassified aspects of it.)
That's not to say that the initial release is lacking though. The list of what the Superhornet is lacking RIGHT NOW is shorter than, dare I say, the vast majority of FS aircraft's INCLUDED features.
...and as for what happened to me, I think I got banned for unpopular opinions. I wasn't around that much anyways, so I just reallocated the time towards an extra round of golf every other week.

Well ... as an other member who got banned for 'unpopular opinions' once put it in his famous YouTube video: Opinions are like a$$holes ... everybody has one but they all stink"
At least you got to work on your 'handicap'

USMC doesn't fly Super Hornet.

Erm, I almost posted a fail to this post, but you obviously don't know.
They do fly them, and if you need proof:

, I don't know if they fly super hornets though.

I beleive the Aerosoft F-16 was orginally going to have missiles which would actually fire - they cancelled this feature for one reason or another.
Obviously in the pictures, they are firing Sidewinders, & dropping bombs, so....
...
USMC flies Legacy hornets, not the Super Hornet E/F which is pretty much an entirely new aircraft.
Perhaps if there is JSF delays or budgetary problems they might.

EXACTLY!
Im not saying this F-18 isnt awesome, it looks terrific, but quite honestly, there is already the MS/XLOAD one which is pretty good. I think the demand for the F-14 Tomcat is WAY bigger, and a really nice one would really be better business.
oh well

I'm not going to shoot my mouth off on that one, until closer to release. (The last time someone did, aerosoft's F16 got a collimated HUD
...heh)
But I will say this, it is PMDG's indepth-ness applied to a Naval Strike Fighter.
