I downloaded the Rail Simulator Demo today and when I clicked to start a scenario as soon as it loaded it came up with "Scenario failed to load". I tested my computer on a website and my computer is more than capable to run it. I also did resolution test and it was fine.

Has anyone had this happen to them or knows how to fix it?

Thanks. Wink

Yeah I tried that first website and my computer is more than capable of playing it, and that second website is only if you have the full game.

Thanks sooo much for trying to help though!! Grin Cheesy

I might just buy the full game anyway, it looks pretty good. Wink

Oh finally, I got it working. I don't know if it helped but first, I downloaded a new driver for my NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS video card (update 178.24). I don't know if that helps but thats what I did just before I did the second thing which I'm pretty sure made it work. When I double clicked on the desktop shortcut, instead of going to the Play Game... option, I clicked on the Options button. I have it in full screen, with resolution 1024x768. Im pretty sure it doesn't matter what resolution you have it on or whether you have it on fullscreen or not, its just what I had. But, finally, what I did to make it work, was I changed the Multi-Sample Type from 0 to 16. I'm pretty sure thats what made it work.

Thanks for everyone that tried to help and I hope this post helps people that had the same problem (I don't think people that are looking for Rail Sim help are going to go to SimV forums though. Undecided)

Anyways, Thankyou all!
