Quite sometime back it was reported that DC3's could no longer be used for pleasure flights due to EU regulations. Air Atlantique no longer offer flights because the DC3 is a gnats tagger to high and would require escape slides Roll Eyes Roll Eyes. You can now, as advertised on the Air Atlantique website go for a Taxi trip (at £20 a throw Shocked Shocked), however back here in Europe (Englnad is a small island located off the European coast Grin) things are still hunky dorky. DC3 pleasure flights are still on the books. DC3 pleasure flights
So has Air Atlantique jumped the gun and the legislation not yet been acted or as usual the UK government is playing the game down to the last in it's almost Germanic obedience of EU rules, or have the Germans said "§$%# you and carried on. What about insurance, unlike them to insure something that is no legal. Any one got any ideas??

I remember Coventry airport used to do DC-3 flights, I'm not sure if they still do.
