When I tried to unzip, I got the "This compressed (Zipped) folder is empty...."  message.  I checked "properties", and it says it's size is 63.7 MB, which (now that I checked) is less than the 77.07 MB indicated on the download page.

Aircraft DL's are working just fine, however.

PS, let me try again.  May have been a glitch at the time....

Nope.  Same message, same bit count.  That was StLX1MR.  Let me try a different section, and then a different scenert DL...

StLX1me also cut off at 63.6, but Oceana worked and unzipped as normal.

I'll have to poke around and see if any of the othr larger DL's also cut off at that same bitcount.

Barcelona (90.66 MB) also cut off at 63.7MB.

Small Islands of Italy (50.36MB) was good.

I wonder why it's cutting off at 63.7MB?  Anyone out there using Vista 32 having this problem?

Yup - a bug has developed in the php system & (typically) our programmer Paul is away - he is back this Tuesday/Wednesday & will fix.

Meanwhile I had changed to St Louis sceneries to a temp different link so they will work - the other files over 65MB stop at that - if you tell me what files you want I will give you a manual d/l link.

Also meanwhile please accept apologies - these new systems are sometimes problematic but we are going to fix this week. If you wait a few days all will be fixed I hope.

Apologies!!!

No prblem Pete, and thanks.  The only files I'm really interested in are the St.louis Photo Real sceneries.  St. louis is close to my old stomping grounds (If "50 miles west of...." is considered "close"...)

I also had (Still have, after checking again) problems with the FX9 Red Bull series of downloads, too.

I just tried the San Diego DL again, the bit count is good, but I still get the "This compressed (zipped) folder is empty...." fault.

No problem, and thanks!

I'm still DLing St. Louis, but have you checked the Red Bull files for FS9?  I had problems with them, too.  But I do not think is was related to the S.L. problem, since they are relatively small files.

Yes I did try the Red bull - namely the San Diego as you mentioned this - both as member & non member it downloaded & opened fine for me. What zip are you using?

Un-zipping with whatever the default Vista un-zipper uses.

Tried them again, still same message.  I DL'd the "2004Red Bull ..." from 2004 scenery page 57, and it unzipped as normal.

It looks like the only ones that aren't working ar the ones from Siscot Yves.

I believe when they were first uploaded there was a thread about them because other people had some sort of problem with them.  I'll have to poke around a bit.

Added:  After poking around a bit, here's the thread:

OK - seems some zip utilities will not unzip it

I use Izarc & have no problem.

What I better do is download them - rezip the files & upload again.

Roll Eyes

Thanks for the heads up .....  Sorry for the trouble once again.

Thanks again!  I haven't checked the Red Bull set yet, however.  Awaiting the "green light"

Six out of ten ain't bad! Smiley

Detroit, both Abu Dhabi 2007 and 2008 and Istambul came up "empty".   Tongue

P.S. And then, silly me, I installed the ones that worked in FSX!  Let's just say, London Red Bull is.... interesting in FSX.  Aside from the pylons, you have to dodge a few trees and buildings.

"Look out! Coming through!  Whoa!  Was that an apple tree?...." Grin Shocked Cheesy

OK I'm guessing the guy who uploaded them has zipped them in some zip program that is buggy.

I'll go through the files & delete the bad ones.

Once again sorry for the trouble & thank you for the feedback! Only your friends tell you of problems .. Smiley
