Little brittan didn't impress me at all, and still I'm a big Brit-humor fan.
Little Brittan is just to obscene, flat, tasteless IMHO. Seems it's easier to go that way than to come up with some really silly stuff.
Luckely, "Have I got news for you", Jeremy Clarckson, Coupling and many other presenters/shows proove that British sillyness is still out there...

".....silly stuff....."
Pure sillyness and the juxtaposition of (perceived) British conservatisim is the main reason I love British humor.

You guys did provide us with three of the funniest shows ever:
Monty Python
Benny Hill
Mr. Bean
Since half of our tv shows over here are taken from British shows anyway (the other half come from Japan), I wouldn't say we don't get it...
BTW, Fawlty Towers is up there too!

I have recently discovered my two new favorite shows, both from the fine people in the UK: 'Yes, Minister' and 'Allo 'Allo. I've made it my mission to find a DVD collection of both series. Great stuff! (The wife doesn't get any of it though
)
