All i did here was add a bit of softness and warmth. (This is my first attempt at an edit. And, i know it could have used a little more AA on the top of the Goose)

The water in this shot looks great!
Aside from the minor AA issue this is a very lovely shot. Great first edit.
If you have PSP or PS you could use the soften brush to really hide the jaggies here because of the plane being so shaded. I think it would really work well and help blend the plane into the shot a little more.

For the dotted lines of those control wires (for lack of correct terms) you could simply grab the line tool on any program, even MSPaint, and just go over it once so it seems less broken up.
I do like the perspective, but maybe a little bit more colour on the aircraft would be better too.
