A few shots of my very low, and very slow cruise (60 Knots) in my new Tango GT II Microlight, from Funny Farm (4CA2) to Reid-Hillview (KRHV)...,>>>>>
Taking of from Funny Farm encouraged by the locals....
A nippy climb out across the hills, leaving the Motorway traffic behind!...
Up in the clear blue Californian sky!....
Skimming the Autumn Tree-tops!...
...and a final landing at Reid-Hillview Airfield, after a wonderful cross country flight!....
A gentle afternoon flight in an affordable Aircraft...
...!
FS 2004 as always!....

That looks like me taking a photo of your departure in the first shot.
What makes me think you have a new monitor Paul?

Cheeky.
I was referring to the size of your images. You usually complain about anything bigger than 730 pixel width.

OOOpppsss....
Just noticed....I resized then from 1280 X 1024 (Desktop) to 1024 X 768....
....instead of my usual 800 X 600 to get them to fit on the screen without scrolling horizontally...
...!
But I must say, the shots do look a little better/clearer...

...(I may get used to it)...

Ive had several of those philips 170 monitors, always sent them back due to dead pixels, and eventualy large areas of black bits all over the edges of the screen. They replace them with 'unknown brand' monitors of a similar size, but they went the same way...Now im back to a Philips 17" 170B, and its been fine! Bizarre....

'Unknown Brand' sounds kinda sexy!
Seriously, why Unknown Brand?

Well, when you buy stuff from a supposedly reputable computer dealer, and get a 3 year warranty thrown in, you expect like for like in the event of somthing going wrong.
Philips ive always thought of as a 'good' brand - not quite sony, but maybe better than those supermarket brands and such like. Stems from the Philips TV we had when i was a kid back in the 1970's, that had a remote control. Yes, a remote control in the 1970's - and this one was a SONIC remote control. CLICK CLICK CLICK etc...
To then send back my philips montior and recieve a brand of monitor that ive never heard of slightly dissapoints me. cant recall the brand, but it was somthing like BEKO or 'Goodlife XL' or Slamsunk' somthing like that. Like when i take the car for service - i own a Ford thats slighty towards the top of the range - i expect a courtesy car of similar equipment if i need one. To be given a citroen XYZ 'small but frugal' or a peugeot 106/7/8/9 'death trap' i find an insult - but thats just me i guess!
Daft, but probably very british...
