Depends on what you want to do:

'..Anybody knows how to place an object anywhere in the fs9 universe?..'

If you want to place static (non-moving) scenery objects, fssc mentioned by Alrot, can place the older macro objects. For the newer fs9 style library objects, the Rwy 12 Object Placer program, http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_scenery8.htm, can do that. In either case your 'pilot-able' ships cannot be placed as static scenery objects.

'..I have many pilot able ship that I want to place in the Pacific Ocean..'

To use the pilot-able ships you basically program them as ai. You create an AFcad 'airport' and ai flightplans. Download Holger Sandmanns FS2004 AI Ships, http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery13.htm, for examples and tips on how to do it.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

You know....you can just rip up a to-do list.

There is a program called "Instant Scenery" by Flight 1.
http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=instscen
It allows you to place objects anywhere in the game,  while you are playing the game. All you have to do is open it up from the addons section in the toolbar, and click on what object you want and place it where ever you want. It is payware though... Wink

Yup - it's what I'm using too. It's pretty accurate and relatively easy to use.

Payware though. Shocked
