I just purchased the Abacus AV-8B harrier add-on and even after following closely the troubleshooting from the added readme and the section dedicated to troubleshooting on their page, it STILL doesn't work! I really want to use this add-on in FSX (in which it is compatiable with BTW) I also have FS 2004 on my computer and it seems to work fine when I loaded it on there. Apparently the "red screen" problem is quite common with the premier aircraft and any suggestions regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated! I am all out of ideas!

Right, first try uninstalling the plane. Once that's done install it again; but don't run FSX. Go to the Simobjects/ Aircraft folder. Find your Abacus harrier folder. Go to the model folder, then right click the .mdl, go to security, edit, then click your name, then go full control. Do this for the model.cfg as well. Then it should work, this only for WinVista, doesn't work in WinXP.
