2) Speed dialed in.

3) Auto-throttle on.

4) Speed hold button on ?

I would think the A/T lever counts as the  IAS hold button. I can't seem to find any other speed hold button. Know where it is?

Just an update...
I've checked the CLS manual, and it says the Mach/IAS switch is the speed hold, toggling this does nothing for me...
