Hey all:

I got a Playstation 3 on friday and got Gran Turismo 5 Prologue with it.  I've had pretty good success so far, only 3 events left.

Those are S-7, S-10, and the S-Class with the F40 (S-6 I think).  I'm stuck for two reasons:  I can't do the F40 one because I don't have the F40, but I'm working on it (got 300,000 credits).  But S-7 and S-10, I just can't do them!  II don't know what car to use or how to tune it.  I've tried in the Mine's, the GT, the R8 and I just can't do it.  I can't even come close!  I seem to be stuck between 10 and 16. 

Any tips?  If any of you guys play GT5, what cars have you used and how have you tuned them for these races?

It may just be a matter of practice and luck.  Up until tonight I couldn't get any of the S races done, but tonight I got all the other ones with solid second or third place finishes and even a win.

Also, what do you guys do to get the funds up?  I just do A-1 (the daytona oval), 20,000 credits for about 4 minutes of driving in a circle.  (which means about 7 more races til I get the F40)
