I have just bought the CLS (commercial level Simulations Airbus A310 and A300 and I have Installed them manually to the CORRECT fsx Directory on my computer like I would with any other addon.
Only thing is When I go to start flight simulator and select my aircraft, it is not there to selectI have gone through the list one by one to find and its not there.... I have reinstalled this addon plenty of times and have also installed it on my laptop with the same problem. I tried to figure out what the proplem was by going through the Aircraft.cfg file and also going through the A300 Beluga from CLS which I got a fair time before hand (which did work perfectly) and found no differences in the aircraft.cfg file.
I am indeed very confused as to what has happened and how to fix it.... I am out of Ideas and as I payed for this Aircraft I would very much want to get it working.

I will include my computer specs if it helps

Main desktop:

Q6600 core quad CPU
Windows Vista 32bit Home Prenium
8800GTX 768mb GPU
3gb memory
2x 250gb Hard disks
580W PSU
ASUS Nvidia motherboard

MY fsx Is running SP2 Acceleration

I have no way of checking this out without purchasing it which I have no intention of doing. I note you installed it manually so you might have missed something. I assume it comes with an installer so the best method might be to use that. If you still have problems then contact the supplier.

The first thing I would check is the Panel folder. One of the most common reasons for aircraft not appearing on the FSX selection menu is that the panel is either missing or aliased to use one that is not installed. Some complex aircraft are configured with their panel(s) aliased to a separate "converter folder" which has to be installed in the correct location for it to work.
