Just right click and save one of the thumbs next to the download link, save it someplace like your "download" folder, rename it "thumbnail", and then, after you've extracted the zipped download, drop the 'thumbnail" into the texture folder.
Also, you will have to click through a few gauges that are "made for FS98 or earlier, but until someone comes up with a new panel, or a new freeware Hustler, that's one of the little things to put up with (Or you can swap or alias the panel with another 4 engine jet.)
