I'm looking at GEX (Ground Environment X) and UTX (Ultimate Terrain X) to see if there is a difference in what they do. Is one better than the other ... or do they individually just cover different aspects. It seems if I acquired both that one would just write over the other and reduce it's effectiveness?  Would there be any advantage to having both or would it just be redundant?  And are they both just terrain .... or are cities enhanced also?

Thanks for any enlightenment ..... I appreciate.  Smiley

GEX replaces ground textures, while UTX fixes landclass, roads, rivers, coast lines, ect
