This should only happen for multiple downloads in the free area. This is simple the reality of having to limit free downloads to 2 at any one time -

Download one at a time & you should be OK.

Meanwhile I'll look into it & fix it if I find a problem.

We have a new download system & there can be many things that show up in the 1st week or so ...

Fixing all as we find them.

Thanks

There should be no problems downloading any files.

Can you try emptying temp Internet files?

I emptied it right now, still got the problem, the problem that's stopping me is the FTP box, which pops up when your downloading more than 2 files. Which I'm not, I can't get one file to even download.

I tried Firefox still got the same problem.

Do you think a port may need to be opened on my side?

Problem is there are a ton of possibilities - gizmos - that could cause this. It IS rare that people can't download anything

Take a look at things that may be running like Download managers - pop up blockers, etc

Do an Alt-Ctrl-Delete & see what is running on your PC.

If you are using a wireless network to connect there may be something to look at as a last resort. Make sure there are no bars on pop up's etc. (this is because our download box is a pop up)

My download manager is the default system program what came with vista, pop up blocker I never added one Internet explorer does the blocks, nothing that is in the way is running on the PC and I'm not running a wireless network the box is connected directly into my computer.(This computer mainly controls all my other wireless signals)

EDIT:Thank you! It works now, the problem was the pop up blocker, I never had a problem with it before so I just ignored it because well like I said "I never had a problem with it before" I turned it off just for simviation and now I'm back to downloading those great files. Smiley
