I would totally agree. And just to be clear, this is not me playing. I've only made it up to 75% on Hard.

That's impressive...
But I dunno about GH, even though it's very popular....I finally tried it the other day, and it just annoyed me. I thought it would be like playing a guitar (which I can fake reasonably well), but it was just a game.
It's like a co-worker said (who happens to be a very good guitar player):
His nephew told him "My friend can play 'Enter Sandman' on Guitar Hero!" His response: "Well, I can play 'Enter Sandman' on a guitar..."

i think GH is the same and is different from a real guitar....its the same because you need to have the timing down but different because its a game...i for one am using GH to try to get my right hand back to be able to handle playing a guitar agian because it was smashed at work last november and i am still having troubles with it...it seems to be working it through which is good...hope to be able to play my stratocaster agian soon.
