True:)
The other things from today seem to be. Trulli's seemingly never ending spins. Seems like they are happening every other lap. And thats been both sessions.  Roll Eyes
Lewis almost hit a Gopher at the hairpin, and has almost hit the wall of Champs twice.
And apparently the news from the paddock is, DC will retire this year and move to the BBC. With Vettel going to his seat alongside Webber.

...with a Mac and a BMW in the top two, and Hamilton just lowerd the bar with a corker of a lap in the dying seconds!

What happened to Massa? Seemed it just died on him?

gearbox or electronics I think. Was a really odd problem.
He seemed to go from 4th into neutral, then it gave him 4th back and hopped back in N again. It was funny watching them try to clear it, finally Massa steps in to help Grin

It would appear after FP2 we have the standard weekend on our hands, Ferrari are quicker on the hard tyre long runs, Mclaren better on the short run on the soft tyre, Ferrari more consistent on a long run on the softs.
I think this weekend Kubica could really throw a spanner into the works for both teams, his car looks very quick on the first lap of his hard and soft tyre runs.

indeed, Kubica could be the dark horse of the weekend, if he can stick it on the front row...

Despite attempts to watch FP3 (and failing) according to autosport, Rosberg ended up quickest, vettel had a (seemingly big?) shunt, although none broke into the 1.15's like they did yesterday.

Roll on qualifying! Is Brundle driving the Lotus this week? Im sure ive seen it lined up amongst the selection of cars hes 'testing'

yep its the lotus this week, then the one I'm looking forward to most the bennaton next race:)

It was a wet track to begin with from what I can see with the F1 timing screen, the grip had been washed away frm yesterday. Plus as usual it was race setup today for the big 3 and they rarely go out to set the fastest possible lap.

here we go again the lewis hamilton show Roll Eyes Angry

thats quite an odd quali. Either the Ferrari's are super heavy or Lewis is really light.

Cant tell with Massa as they didn't show his laps, but Kimi certainly messed up his entry to the hairpin on both his laps. Angry

The exit wasn't much better either. To be fair, Lewis pulled it out of the bag. I wonder if we can write of Kimi again. Maybe he'll just retire. Tomorrow. Wink

right now theres every possibility there wont be a race tomorrow.
Such a noise is being made about the track surface, it wouldn't surprise me if there was another indy 05 situation.  Only this time the Ferrari's are just as upset as every one else.

Lewis did do a great lap. I think tomorrow it may proove to be a very good lap, looking over the times and the fact Kubica was the only close one, it suggests that maybe they both just put in a decent lap.

Rumors are suggesting that Ferrari might have gone for a wet weather compromise, not quite fully wet but also not dry just incase.

Gotta give both Nico, Alonso and Rubens credit for their laps. All of them punching above their weight.
