Another round... here's some celebrity pitch-meisters from the 60s and 70s for you to identify.


I've already forgotten this test pilot's name, but this commericial begins with some nifty footage of him landing an A-4.

He then gives a little spiel about the discipline required to learn about flight systems, and how it applies to his job...

...      


Which he hopes to instill in his sons as they play with their awesome model train set (made by Marx?).

About as "Cold War era" as you can get: this set comes with mobile missile launchers... Grin

OK, Yankee fans: who endorsed this cool little baseball game in the early 60s (?)

And maybe some of you recognize the little guy on the right, who went on to a real sweet series gig not long after this was shot.

These sets were very cool- I think I had the Cape Canaveral one at some point.
BTW, the very successful Marx Co. did in fact make almost every popular toy during that era... must have given the Kremlin fits. Wink
