My friend, I have spend all afternoon in your chopper because I never make a choper before and I don't even know how they works in gmax and in real life ..

First the command for animation is NOT Prop0 here is Rotor_slow, still, blurred  for both,

second you going to have a to investigate a lot about FSX and how to apply new FSX materials ,

third this doesn't works anymore as makemdl9 with group mades

[interior] and [exterior] doesn't apply here , you have to create another session to make the VC

Also YOU NEED TO CREATE THE ANIMATIONS ..this is not like the makemdl9 (fs9) like you put the word "Tire ,rudder, prop0, and they move in Fs2004 by themselves  ,No ,all animation here in FSX-SDK you have to make them ,the tires etc...

A lot of manything you have to learn ,I'm sending you Back the chopper with the 2 rotors animations  except the still and slow from the rotor tail you need to make this part again ..also this gmax file is huge  Shocked I don't know why its 7mb , instead my latest release the citation 500 with both pilots and all done were 4mb

somethings is strange here everytime I export this came out ..this is not Good neither

...

I'm sending you Back the Gmax file ,take Notice of what I did in the animation ..I did have my issues because I did not know anything of making choopers ,and also in airplanes Jet engines are N1_0 , in propeler airplanes are Prop0 , In Choopers Its Rotor (still, slow_blurred too)

Here is working fine I did have to put a material and I didn't touch your UWVmap So all you have to do its set your paint back ,no need to go to UVW again just drop it there and replace the material

...

     ...

That's all I can help you, and check your email..I hope all my afternoon worth it please

Got the file and I'm about to look at it now. Sorry this issue took up your whole afternoon, but I truly appreciate your time on this. Now that I have a working example, the rest will be downhill. I'm going to make copies of the rotor to send to anyone else having the same problem in the future, gonna keep my eyes open. Thanks again!!!
