I would like to buy some of their downloadable aircrafts.

Once downloaded, will I be able to install them on my desktop at home that does not have an internet connection?

I don't want to buy something I wont be able to activate, if activation is required.

They have a method to transfer the license to a computer not connected to the internet. I found this on their website.
