A while time ago you posted a pic of the qantas 'wunala dreaming' 747 taking off from what I am PRETTY sure was an airport with VOZ.
It was taking off and in the background was a chain of mountains that were very close to the airport.
The reason I don't have the picture to show you is somehow it got deleted way back when and I just remembered that I had wanted to ask.
Is there any chance you know what airport that might have been. Thank you so much for you help.

Hello! Hello! Krigl answering....
I think it was Darwin in the north of Oz
but like you say it was a long time ago. I probably used W+F or F1 view to bring the background closer... I don't think that area is particularly mountainous.
Roger, over and out...

Not Darwin eh? Cairns then, perhaps... to be honest there are no 'real' mountains in Oz.
Was it a set with a brightly coloured 747 taking off into snow just missing a Mooney? If so, it was a Hibiscus liveried Malaysian jet taking off from Innsbruck I think...

I wasn't here when the shot was posted (obviously). However, if you're looking for something similar, the shot in my sig is from Vancouver.
Sorry I can't be of much help.
