Awesome effort, I like the lighting in the background. I think you would of benefited from a more dramatic angle and less compression in the shot.
Look into Infrafiew or Paint.net for resizing your shots and maybe FSRecorder which gives you more control over the spot views

I really like the shot because of the lightning and the lights in the building
. Just a tad over compressed.

Not bad. One thing I would try is not "perching" the plane on the horizon. But thats just my take.

Also at that altitude, I think some flaps may help.

Interesting shot, certainly got the right idea, but to me it seems a little flat...theres no depth to it. Could be the way its lit.
However the lightning is cool! Well captured!

Cool! Hong Kong! I obviously like Hong Kong!
The lighting is nice but I'm not too sure about the angle or lighting. It indeed looks a bit plain.
Try using the (free) Recorder Module or the (also free!) Flight1 View Module to get some interesting angles.
BTW: I think the approach to Kai Tak is a little more to the left

Thanks for all the comments!
I see what you mean about having the plane on the horizon and
at forgetting the flaps.
I will also try to get the Recorder Module and/or the Flight 1 View Module.
...and I'm not going to Kai Tak, I'm going to the runway into my
SECRET UNDERGROUND LAIR
...
