It is a fact that when up in the air, in an aeroplane, the visibility is severely restricted by the atmospheric conditions I mentioned....

For those who doubt, have a peek at some of the real aircraft flights demonstrated in U-Tube...have a peek at the scenery in the distance...most times you have difficulty in spotting the Airfield directly in front of you....Wink...!

I love it when I see a screen shot, where someone has deliberately set the visibility to appear realistic!

Paul...lost in the mists of time...(with astigmatic eye lenses!)...Wink... Grin...!!

Note that even downloading "Real Weather" is not always realistic. If the local conditions indicate "High Pressure" for example, it automatically sets the visibility to "Infinite"...which is unrealistic!

It's in the FS9.cfg, which is somewhere in c:\documents and settings\your name\application data\micosoft\fs9


thank you...i found it...i was looking in the program for the CFG file...my mistake for looking in the wrong folder Cool
