Are there any terrain flatteners? Ever time I make an airport in AFX I always get runways hanging off a cliff, or underground, it doesn't automatically flatten the terrain for the airport.

For FSX??.....I have not been able to find a flatten utility/tool that does not require the SDK.

An AFX apron poly (or normal taxiway) will flatten at the airport elevation, so just underlay the runway with an apron poly. It can be slightly smaller than the runway so it doesn't show. Terrain 'blending' will extend the flatten some.
