Mipmaps... (Read 775 times)

the other day garryrussel said that turning mipmaps off gets rid of blurriness in repaints, im using the default DDS Files for FSX i turned mipmaps off on 1 file and the texture wouldnt show, what do i need to do?

Ive been faffing with dxt.bmp over the past few days, and although i took garrys advice by unchecking the mips box before resaving, i havent dealt with DDS - so i dont really know why it wont work Sad

No problems with the format im using though...

I cant figure out how to turn off mips. Im working in fs2004 so the files type is a bitmap. I unselected use dither with enhanced mip under prefs in dxtbmp before I saved my picture. The textures still come out extemely blurred.

Thanks. I didnt have that feature with the version of DXTBmp I was using.

That  did occur to me that you might have an earlier version
