I don't think so... There was a discussion some time ago, whether it's possible to implement it but I don't know if it has come to a solution.

I saw one of the vids where a couple of guys did simulated refueling in multiplayer, but I don't recall which version of FS or CS tey were using.  I've tried to simulate a refueling but just when I think I'm in the sweet spot, the sim detects a collision (because I have "detect collision" enabled.

The real B-52 simulator uses, essentially, an AI tanker and drops the boom automatically when you get close enough, and it "flies" it's refueling boom.

It'd be kind of nice to have both boom and drogue AI tankers, though.

Until then, I guess it's turn off the collision detection, hope a "heavy" comes along in AI traffic, pretend it's a tanker (or download the KC 135 or KC 10 and set them up as "AI traffic".  I don't know how to do that, but there is a tutorial for adding AI's [But unless you set up that flight, you still have to wait to stumble across one] *  ) park a little below and behind, (or behind the wing tip of a drogue refueler) and use the "refuel" keyboard command. (Control + X), if that will refuel you whenever you use it.

* Edit to add:  But even then, i don't think an AI tnaker will lower it's boom, or let out it's drogue, and actually transfer fuel if you could connect.  I'm not sure the software model for any air-refuelable aircraft has refueling from a tanker actually modeled, though the B-52 download does have animated refueling doors.

There is a payware Tornado that comes with a VC-10 and KC-10 that will do aerial refueling.  The best feature is that any aircraft can be refueled with the tanker and the tankers come with both the probe and drogue system.  The downside is that the feature is only compatable in FS2002 and FS2004.  The link to the download is http://www.lagosim.com/default.asp?act=scheda&p=100033&lang=eng.
