Has anyone downloaded the Mt Everest scenery available on this site?  It looks really good.  How about some of the airline textures?  Everything looks free, is that right?  All this cool stuff for free?

Yeh Ive got the Mt Everest scenery, its pretty good. I have the LOD from Avsim too.

Looks great when staring down, but looking across doesnt produce great quality results for me atleast.

I will still keep it though, it is a nice place to fly through.

Problem with this scenery is that it covers only Mt. Everest and a very small area around its base.

That makes it look ugly, photoreal upfront with default scenery at back.

Thanks.  I was looking at aerosoft's Lukla scenery and that looks great-I think that's what I'm gettin.

-Jim

Edit:  That's what I got!  And it is really nice compared to the default FSX Lukla runway, first tiime I've seen a sloping runway in FSX.  Everest blends in nicely, except that there's not much snow anywhere except on Everest, might be my landclass/season settings.  Anyway I think it's a great little addon for a spectacular part of the world!
