I am not overly sure if it will work, but there is a GMAX Osprey here http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military164.htm. ; You will probably have to alias a panel and sounds from another FSX aircraft, but the model should work.  I hope this helps.

The one by Vlad Z is okay, but there are a couple of issues, mainly with the visual model.  The flight dynamics aren't all that great, either, but I'm pretty sure there is a fix for it.  I also am not sure if it would be fully compatible with FSX, since some of the gauges are FS2k2.

AlphaSim makes a decent version, but it is payware.  Although I do believe it would be fully FSX compatible.
