Just out of curiosity, have you gotten formal written permission to use the name and likeness from the FedEx "non-virtual" folks?

A few years back the real FedEx went aggressively against any and all "virtual" versions of FedEx with their legal team.  That is why FedEd virtual airlines sort of dissapeared for a long while.

You might want to research that a bit if you have not done so already.  Wink
