I have recieved a virus from attempting to find some pictures for my Civil War Medicine research report...
Trend Micro quarentined it (nuche_org[1].htm) along with two ISSetup.dll's (Trend Micro cleaned the .dll's so they may be safe to restore?) but I can't clean nuche_org[1].htm....should I "Wait for Trend Micro's next update to fix this problem" or just use the delete function?

Also, are the ISSetup.dll's safe to restore?
