There's a Morane Saulnier 500 package for FS9 posted here. http://www.simviation.com/fs2004vintage21.htm

This is the French-built version of the original Fieseler Storch. The Slepcev Storch is a modern 3/4 scale version. http://www.slepcevstorch.com/

I'm afraid beggars can't be choosers. It's possible you could find one posted elsewhere.

Do you mean the real aircraft or the FS version is not that great? The actual Storch would be the original Fieseler Fi 156. The Morane Saulnier 500 'Criquet' is basically the same aircraft with a different engine produced at the end of WWII. It was built in the same factory as the original German version. The Slepcev Storch you're talking about is a modern 3/4 scale version which comes in several different models..

Open a Google search window and copy this in:

 FI-156C_STORCH_fs.zip

It's by Tim "Piglet" Conrad and is great fun to fly.  How slow can you go?
