First of all I'd like to point that I dont know ANYTHING about scenery design (Chuck Norris does). Now, I want to place a simple hangar in an airport..My question is simple: How to do it? What do I need? Any answers very appreciated!

First of all ..FS9 or FSx?.........makes a difference........
If FS9 and you want free stuff then you will need to get and learn AFCAD 2.21 and RWY12 Object Placer........both are free to download and it's easy to get to know the basics..........AFCAD is not strictly necessary but easier to place your objects with it.......
If FSx then better ask again as I don't use this particular version.........
There are instructions for using these programs included...so get downloading and good luck....commoner

If it's FS9..
Then I use two excellent Payware programs...>>>
LAGO FSE, and EZ-Scenery.
All, my Airfields, etc, are populated using these excellent programs...

Chuck does not need a PC to run FS, he only thinks about it.

..mm...agree with Fozz re the excellent EZ Scenery but just for one single Hangar you might manage with the RwY 12.......
EZ Scenery is free to download and use in a limited area so if you are lucky and your airport is within a 50 mile radius of the KSEA (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport)...... then lucky you...........commoner
