Hi Sochi_Jon (Great city by the way! I hope to visit sometime in the future!),
Beyond the file library here, as well as those at Avsim, Flightsim.com, and the Sim-Outhouse, there are also payware aircraft available from multiple companies. Many of these come with automatic installers that do all the complex stuff for you. As for your specific inquiry:
This is the best 182RG around:
http://www.carenado.com/ecommerce/buscador.php3?id_producto=38In real life, I fly a Cessna 172RG, and I find this plane to be absolutely excellent and realistic, based on what I know from a 1982 172RG!
As for a 206, Carenado has one as well, but I know of a freeware one as well and will look for it for you.
EDIT: For the 206, type in "cessna 206" in the Avsim file library under the FS2004 Original Aircraft catagory. There are a couple there.
--------As for other nice planes, there are some for all tastes!---------
Here are the names of a few quality freeware groups or authors:
Milton Shupe
Project Tupolev (PT)
Tim "Piglet" Conrad
POSKY
Aerodesigns
Veneaviones
Rick Piper
Alllied FS Group (AFG)
Many more of course too, and I'm sure more people will add the names of popular groups and developers!
