Nice ride man! Congrats...

Darn I want 200+ HP too... I'm living with less than half of that at the moment...  Cry  Wink

I can see why American cars aren't to wanted in Europe. Here, a car like that would have a WAAAAY better looking interior, including leather all over the place, aluminum, etc... instead of those plastics. A bit of a shame, as the car look really nice on the outside. Must be fun to drive though...  Wink

The biggest reasons are simply ride and fuel consumption. Although general cheapness also comes into play.
richie knows I am a huge fan of his cars, and I do like some american cars in general, but I also know if I want to take something round the Welsh mountains, I'm going to take my beemer over a Camaro, and a ferrari over a corvette.
The great thing about american cars are they make the long motorway journeys very easy and comfortable.

Exactly why I got a blue car, not a red one. Last thing an 18 year old guy needs is a red car...

That said, I wish that was my car, despite the fact that Camaros are about as useful as a glass hammer when it comes to driving in the snow.

I have a blue car too...but I don't think its any better than the red one in a cop's eye.  Here is a pic of both of my cars from a car show last saturday.

...mechanics bleedin' nightmare, under the Bonnet... Shocked...!

That's no joke either. I worked as a mechanic from '93-'05. The book used to estimate labor costs called for more than two HOURS, for a spark plug change out alone.

She sure is pretty though, good choice!
