... build a throttle system?
I plan to build such a console with the design of Dornier Do328.
It will contain throttle levers for both two engines, the propeller conditions for them (also two levers), a parking brake lever and a flap lever.

I believe I know how to construct that thing, and how to build the levers up, but I dunno, which hardware I need, to connect all the Potentiometers (I guess those are used for the levers?!) to my compuer.  I want to be able to conect it per USB to my computer,
and manage the levers within the Axis menu in Flightsim.
Here's a part of the AOM, where I labeled the parts in red:

Well, and there is another question I have.
As i want more than just a throttle, I am thinking of making the overhead panel also.
At a local Electronics store (Conrad) I found switches which would be just perfect for this use:

How do I need to connect those to what harware, which needs to be connected how to the computer?

There are numerous options for interfacing pots with the sim via USB, but this is what I'm going with:

More advice: make sure to use linear-taper pots, not audio-taper pots!

The trouble with audio-taper pots is that the voltage varies exponantially as you move the pot, whereas a linear-taper pot changes at a consistent rate from min to max... more like a real throttle mechanism.
