Hi.
I installed the B727 by Arlot and have gotten this odd effect when in cockpit view. I also get it with the Spartan for FSX. I don't get it with default a/c or other addons. I have Vista64 bit and FSX w/accelator plus service packs. Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how to correct it?
Thanks for reading this.

Im gonna have to change my name to arlot
.. ;
cuff , all the planes made using makemdl9 the old FS9 format wont work at all in FSX-DX10 ,you have to disable inside in settings the DX10 to fly in these types of planes in DX9 ,
HOW DO YOU RECOGNIZE AN FSX AIRCRAFT..
well , mosly will have 2 *.mdls inside the model folder
like
Cessna.mdl
Cessna_interior.mdl
,also it will have dds textures like FUSE_T.dds (but some models also uses Bmp and are made using FSX-SDK)

HI.
Sorry about getting your name wrong. I've checked my settings and I don't have DX10 preview checked. So as far as I know, I'm running in DX9.
My screen res is 1920x1200 32bit. GPU is Nvidia Geforce 8800 gts 512mb OC. Is it possible that this could be cause by vc rain textures?
Anyway, thanks for your responce and help so far.
I hope that this can be solved so that I can fly these a/c's.

Hi.
The a/c package is your FSX-SP2-boeing 727-200. The odd effect only appears in cockpit view when looking out the windscreen.
The only pic I'm able to get uploaded is the one in my first post which is located in the forum screenshots link that is posted.
Don't know why it won't let me attached a pic which is only 52 kb is size.
Thanks again for your help so far.
