The F3 featured is carrying both the code and emblem of a F3 belonging to 1435 Flt based out at RAF Mount Pleasent in the Falkland Islands. The aircraft is actually operating with 111 Squadron these days but just seeing those markings on a active machine is a chance that doesn't arise very often for enthusiasts.

Departing into the sun (sadly) with the XXV Special this morning...
